“The best, the surest, and most effective way to establish peace on the face of the earth is through the great power of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.”St. John Paul II
Jesus gives Himself to us completely in the Eucharist and lovingly invites us to spend time with Him. Through Eucharistic Adoration, we respond to that invitation by offering Him the gift of our presence.
Nativity of Our Lord has 50 hours of open Eucharistic Adoration each week when all are invited to come and Adore. Whether for a few minutes or a full hour, everyone is welcome during these 50 hours of Eucharistic Adoration.
In addition to the open hours, thanks to the faithful commitment of our parishioners, Jesus is accompanied in Eucharistic Adoration more than 100 hours each week at Nativity of Our Lord. These additional 50+ hours are when the Adoration Chapel is secured and is only accessible by Committed Adorers.

Supporting Foster Care and Adoptive Families
Springs of Love is a national Catholic organization that promotes and supports Foster Care and Adoptive Families and families discerning a call to foster and/or adopt. The need for foster care and adoptive families is huge and the success of those families is much improved when they have a community to support them. The Springs of Love Chapter here at Nativity of Our Lord is hoping to become a blanket of love and support around existing foster and adoptive families in our community. If you are interested in praying for families, providing for material needs (i.e. clothes, diapers, furniture), a warm meal, or respite care for a couple to have a date night, this is the group for you.

Caring for the Small Altar Linens
The Altar Linen Ministry (also known as the Sacristy Laundry Ministry) involves the reverent cleaning of the linens used during Mass. Volunteers pick up soiled linens from the parish, carefully wash and iron them at home, and return them for future liturgies. Because these cloths come in contact with the Precious Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, there are specific instructions on how to respectfully and carefully launder them.
Please reach out if you are interested in helping with this simple yet deeply meaningful service that supports our liturgies.
