The Funeral Choir offers support to our parish’s grieving families. The group meets prior to funerals as they are scheduled. If you like to sing and have morning availability during the week, please consider joining this group.
CGS is a program through which children ages 3-9 are assisted in developing values of contemplation and enjoyment of God. We offer a hands-on approach to experiential learning centered on the Catholic faith.

Collection counters work on a team of four volunteers counting the Sunday offertory collection. Each volunteer counts about six times per year. Counting takes place after the 9:30 Mass and lasts just a few hours.
The Nativity of Our Lord Parish Finance Council is an advisory committee established to advise the pastor in matters pertaining to the financial affairs of the Parish.
We greet parishioners, newcomers, and visitors as they enter the church for Mass. This is to help strengthen Nativity’s sense of community by making everyone feel welcome is an integral part of our parish family.

We clean on the 2nd Saturday of each month starting at 8:45 am, finishing in 1 1/2 hrs. We clean the altars, tabernacle area, dust all statues, and clean gathering area. Please call if you are interested in helping out.
The Nativity Combined Choirs is made up of members from all choirs who rehearse weekly and sing on feasts and holidays with our professional orchestra. A quick vocal placement is required before joining.
Outstanding singers who are members of Nativity's Children's or Youth Choirs may join the youth cantor program. Youth cantors lead music from the ambo on the second Sunday of the month during youth Masses.
Lux (“light”) sings a mix of contemporary and traditional hymns at the Saturday 4:30pm Mass. This group meets every Saturday at 3pm to rehearse the music. We welcome enthusiastic singers and instrumentalists to join.
Mane (“morning”), pronounced mah-neh, is a small group of enthusiastic singers who lead the Sunday 7:30am Mass. The small group rehearses on Sunday mornings at 6:45am. Please contact us for more information.
Nativity’s principal mixed adult voice choir welcomes singers and instrumentalists who have a love of sacred music. We sing repertoire ranging from chant to contemporary, including sacred classical masterworks.
Nativity Singers is a smaller choir that sings weekly at the 11:30am Mass. Repertoire ranges from early music to contemporary works, including masterworks of sacred classical music. Membership by audition only.
The Youth Choir is for talented and enthusiastic singers in grades 6-8. Membership in this honors ensemble is based on a quick and friendly audition. Outstanding singers may also audition for Youth Cantor.
This council aids the pastor in understanding and addressing pastoral needs of the parish. At minimum, we meet five times a year, but more frequently when there are specific issues. Any parishioner in good standing is eligible.
If you are interested in becoming Catholic, look into our “Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults” (RCIA) program. RCIA is open to all adults who would like to become Catholic or learn more about the Catholic faith.
We wash and iron the small altar linens. Because these cloths come in contact with the Precious Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, there are specific instructions on how to respectfully launder them.
The mission of Nativity: Faith & Reason is to continue the ministry of Jesus Christ within the tradition of our Catholic heritage in order to educate the whole person: spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally.
The mission of the Stewardship Committee is to help organize, plan, and implement the annual stewardship and tithing events in order to maintain a vibrant parish life.

Want to serve others and enhance everyone’s experience of Mass? Join the ushers! We help people find seats, monitor and assist others, recruit families to bring up the gifts, and tend to the needs of everyone present.
Help inspire prayer in our church by helping to maintain beautiful vigil candle prayer spaces. Remove old candles and debris, replenish with new candles, clean around the candle stands, and water flowers in the area.
This committee plans, purchases, prepares, serves, and cleans up the entire meal following a funeral mass, serving those who have lost a loved one. We invite all available during the day or with flexible work hours to volunteer.
